BMS Book Fair!
We are excited to announce that BareFoot Books will be hosting a Book Fair here at Bristow Montessori School April 17th through April 28th. Ms. Amy Collins Law will be here to kick off the event on April 17th and answer any questions you may have. BareFoot Books will feature a selection of books which will be on display for purchase in-school and online for two weeks, ending April 28th.
We encourage you, your family & friends to stop by and purchase a book or two, as 20% of all book sales will be given back into the BMS Library in books! Lets continue to build our upstairs lending library with community participation and support. Ms. Jessica Struve has kindly organized this event for the entire school and she will be available to help with finalizing ordering on April 27th. Thank you Ms. Struve!

BMS Library Team – First Meeting!
BMS has a wonderful library upstairs, and this coming Tuesday, April 25 from 9am-11am we will be gathering BMS parents together and invite you to join us for our first Library Team meeting! We welcome any parent that would like to come out for a couple of hours and help sort and label new and current books and discuss the future maintenance goals of the BMS Library. This effort was organized by our fabulous BMS parents (thanks Renee!), and we look forward to expanding the new BMS Children's Literature Team this year. We look forward to seeing you there!
BMS Library Team's Mission:
The BMS Library Team supports the school's mission by maintaining and circulating a collection of books for all of our children infant through elementary. Our goal is to foster learning of all ages through carefully selected books that excite, inspire and delight students through a variety of reading materials. High quality literature presented in a prepared reading environment motivates our young readers, creating learners for life.
